Our Story
From Vision to a Place Called Home
Post Hope SL MGMT LLC was founded on the belief that recovery doesn't end when treatment does. The transition from a clinical setting back to everyday life is one of the most vulnerable — and most critical — moments in a person's recovery journey.
Located in Coffeyville, Kansas, our newly renovated 3,120 sq. ft. residence was designed to bridge that gap. We created a home — not just a facility — where structure, peer support, and personal accountability work together to support lasting sobriety.
Our rural Kansas location provides a calm, distraction-reduced environment while remaining easily accessible to residents from Missouri and Oklahoma. We serve individuals from all walks of life, with particular dedication to veterans, minority populations, and those transitioning from the Kansas Department of Corrections.

Post Hope SL MGMT LLC is actively aligning its program with the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) standards — the nationally recognized framework for quality sober living homes. NARR alignment ensures that our residents receive evidence-informed, best-practice recovery support in a safe, accountable environment.
We are also aligning with Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC) standards, enabling us to accept referrals from KDOC and provide a structured, monitored transition pathway for individuals re-entering the community after incarceration.
These alignments reflect our commitment to operating at the highest standard of care — not just meeting minimum requirements, but setting a benchmark for quality sober living in the tri-state region.
