Our Services
Comprehensive Support for Lasting Recovery
Post Hope SL MGMT LLC provides a structured, evidence-informed environment where every service is designed to support long-term sobriety — not just short-term stability.
Non-Clinical Recovery Support That Works
Our Level 2 sober living program bridges the critical gap between formal treatment and independent living. We don't replace clinical care — we extend and reinforce it through structure, accountability, and community.
Every service we provide is intentional. From peer monitoring to transportation, each element of our program is designed to remove barriers, build healthy habits, and give residents the best possible foundation for a life in recovery.
Peer Monitoring
Our peer monitoring program is the backbone of the Post Hope community. Residents are not just housed together — they are accountable to one another. Trained peer monitors conduct regular check-ins, observe behavioral patterns, and provide immediate support when a resident is struggling.
- Regular structured check-ins with peer monitors
- Community-based accountability and mutual support
- Early identification of relapse warning signs
- Peer-led encouragement and shared experience
Why it matters
Peer support is one of the most evidence-supported elements of recovery. When individuals in recovery hold one another accountable — not as authority figures, but as equals who understand the journey — the results are measurably better.
Drug Testing
Regular, consistent drug testing is a non-negotiable element of our program — and a gift to our residents. Testing provides an objective, external accountability mechanism that reinforces personal commitment to sobriety and protects the integrity of the community.
- Regular scheduled and random drug screening
- Non-punitive, supportive approach to results
- Protects the safety of all residents
- Reinforces personal commitment to sobriety
Why it matters
Drug testing is not about distrust — it is about creating a clear, objective standard that every resident can rely on. It protects the community and gives individuals a concrete, external reason to stay the course when internal motivation wavers.
Transportation Services
Access to transportation is one of the most practical barriers to recovery success. Without reliable transportation, residents cannot attend recovery meetings, access employment, keep medical appointments, or engage with community resources. We remove that barrier.
- Transportation to recovery meetings and appointments
- Access to employment and job search resources
- Medical and mental health appointment support
- Community resource access and engagement
Why it matters
In rural Kansas, transportation is not a convenience — it is a necessity. Our transportation services ensure that geography never becomes a reason a resident cannot access the support they need to succeed.
Curfew Enforcement
Consistent curfews are one of the most effective tools in early recovery. They establish predictable routines, reduce exposure to high-risk situations, and help residents develop the self-discipline that is essential to long-term sobriety.
- Clearly defined and consistently enforced curfews
- Structured daily and evening routines
- Reduced exposure to high-risk environments
- Gradual development of personal responsibility
Why it matters
Structure is not punishment — it is protection. In early recovery, the brain is still healing and impulse control is compromised. Clear, consistent boundaries give residents the external structure they need while their internal capacity for self-regulation rebuilds.
Safe, Furnished Housing
Our fully furnished, newly renovated 3,120 sq. ft. residence provides a clean, secure, drug-free living environment for up to 15 male residents. Every element of the home is designed to support recovery — from the common spaces that encourage community to the private spaces that allow for rest and reflection.
- Fully furnished bedrooms and common areas
- Full kitchen for meal preparation
- On-site laundry facilities
- Secure, monitored, drug-free environment
Why it matters
Housing instability is one of the leading causes of relapse. A safe, stable home removes one of the most significant stressors in early recovery — allowing residents to focus their energy on healing rather than survival.
